As is often in this buzzing city, a new food trend is just around the corner, and with it, the chance to act the proverbial 'kid in a candy store'. Dessert is touted by many as the best part of the meal, so you can see why businesses are catching on to this and making it the only part. 

Our cousins Down Under have even gone so far as to create the world's first confectionery themed hotel! The Adelphi Hotel in Melbourne boasts a Willy Wonka-esque experience, with sweet-themed amenities including caramel flavoured air conditioning and a pillow menu inviting guests to choose from a range of pillows sprayed with different candy scents.

This is clearly one trend that isn't going anywhere; looks like my 'I Quit Sugar' rulebook might be getting a little shelf time...
